Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is any user who is a member of at least one organization on your plan. Organization owners and admins each consume one seat.

Do API keys count toward the seat limit?

No. API keys are separate from user seats. They authenticate SDK traffic and are limited by your plan's API key quota, not the member count.

What happens when I hit a limit on the Free plan?

You'll receive a notification and new submissions will be queued. Existing data is never deleted. Upgrade to Pro to unlock higher limits instantly.
